Their acting tour manager, Rob Andrew, never played a Test against the All Blacks in New Zealand, quite some omission on a CV that spanned a decade of top-flight rugby. He has made it clear to the players just what is in their grasp as they go head to head with an All Blacks side still searching for an identity after the trauma of the World Cup.
