Royal Opera renames hall in honour of late philanthropist

LONDON The Royal Opera House is to rename the historic Floral Hall in honour of the late Paul Hamlyn, after a £10 million donation by the publisher’s foundation. The Royal Opera will also offer naming rights to sponsors, opening the way to a Tesco Director of Ballet or an Asda Chorus Master.
