Polish voters support leaders’ call

Poland’s demands for extra voting power in Europe as compensation for their war dead shocked EU leaders gathered in Brussels, but came as no surprise to its own people. AntiGerman feeling, going back to the Second World War, runs deep in Poland and the Kaczynski twins, who hold the offices of President and Prime Minister, have used it to consolidate their support.
